10 week 5K Training Group
September 16th through November 23rd
Group Runs on Wednesdays, 6:30pm & Saturdays, 8:00am
SHED 5K Training Group is for people who are looking to be more active and/or new to walking or running. It's a 10 week training program where you get a workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. The support from our comes and members in the group will make it fun, all while making a positive impact on your health. The end of the program race (optional) will be the Chagrin Falls Turkey Trot.
