10 week 5K Training Group STARTS SOON!

Informational meeting on September 11th at 6:30pm

September 16th through November 23rd
Group Runs on Wednesdays, 6:30pm & Saturdays, 8:00am

SHED 5K Training Group is for people who are looking to be more active and/or new to walking or running.  It's a 10 week training program where you get a workout schedule and train as a group twice a week.  The support from our coaches and members in the group will make it fun, all while making a positive impact on your health.  The end of the program race (optional) will be the Chagrin Falls Turkey Trot.

$70 fee includes:
10 weeks of training, 2 personal coaches, FREE t-shirt,
$20 SHED Gift Card and a healthier YOU!
